All packages are shipped in mailers made from 100% recycled content with 70% post-consumer waste, using algae ink.
Packages may take up to 7 days to be processed, but in most cases will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
Please ensure that your address is correct at checkout, you will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed.
Any failed deliveries that are returned to our warehouse will be refunded (less the shipping + handling costs).
There is a $3 handling fee applied to all orders.
All orders subject to local taxes/VAT.
Countries/Regions we ship to: United States, Canada, Mexico, and Europe.

We're a (small) new business and hope that you will be pleased with your order, so at this time, all sales are final. We've done our best to include as many details as possible in addition to photos so that what you see online is what you will receive.
In the event that something is wrong with your item, or you have any issues with your order once received, please contact hello@maisonmiette.com with your order number in the subject line, and we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once sent.
